Despite the clear orders of the Supreme Court, only 60 out of 3084 schools in Indore district and only 1307 out of 51 thousand 283 schools in the state have informed the government about the fees collected from parents. The government has submitted an application in the Supreme Court and sought six weeks to upload the information about the fees charged by the schools.

It is noteworthy that Jagrut Palak Sangh of Indore has filed a petition in the Supreme Court regarding the fees being collected by the schools. While hearing this, the court had asked the state government to take information about the fee items from the schools and upload it on the website within two weeks. Recently, the state government has submitted an application in the Supreme Court saying that there are more than 50 thousand schools in the state. This is the first time such information is being taken from schools, so it is likely to take time. Till now information has been received from only 1307 schools in the state. Therefore, he should be given six weeks to upload the information on the website. Sangh president Chanchal Gupta told that the court has also said that if the parents have any complaint with the school, they can file a complaint before the district committee. The committee will resolve the complaint in four weeks. In the application given by the government to the court, a demand has also been made to increase this time limit to six weeks.

Association did not get relief
Gupta told that the Private School Association had demanded in the court that they should also be given the benefit of the decision given for Rajasthan. In this decision, the court has said that the private school will have to pay only 15 percent deduction from the entire fee to the parents. The parent union opposed this. The Supreme Court, agreeing with the arguments of the union, rejected the plea of the school association.
