Now school teachers will be recruited through Education Recruitment Board in Bihar!

Employment News-The Education Department of Bihar is going to make new rules for the purpose of eliminating any dispute and complaint in the selection of teachers. It is worth mentioning that in the present process, the process of merit list and selection is completed through different planning units. Because of this, many times even the deserving candidate is not selected and then disputes arise.

Actually, in the seventh phase, centralized online applications are to be taken from the candidates for restoration. The Education Department is preparing to do the restoration process of high school teachers of the seventh phase starting in 2022 with new rules. In this reinstatement, public representatives like Mukhiya, Panchayat Samiti Chief, Zilla Parishad President and City Council President will be out of the selection committee and process. According to the information received, the restoration of the sixth phase is likely to be completed by January 2022. Apart from this, the posts which will remain vacant in the sixth phase will be included in the seventh phase.

In fact, higher secondary schools have been started in every panchayat of the state. For this, the education department needs teachers so that where the 9th classes have started in 2020, the 11th classes can be conducted in 2022. For these schools, the process of giving roster approval by the head of the school by collecting the vacancies is going on. In the sixth phase, if the posts remain vacant for any reason, then those posts will be added in the seventh phase of appointment.
