Against which a petition was filed in the High Court by the Association of Un Aided Private Schools. As a result of which the government has withdrawn its controversial order on Monday.

Therefore, all the confusion regarding the fee to be charged for the session 21-21 is cleared and the private school is free to charge the pre-scheduled fee for the session 21-22.

command is not clear

Prabodh Pandya, general secretary of the parent federation, says that in this order it is not clear from when the parents will have to pay the full fee. This confuses the parents. At the same time, private schools are doing arbitrariness in increasing the fees, there is no attention from the government on this too.
