Now children will read English lessons from first grade, training will be given to teachers in Kurukshetra

Employment News-In government schools, now students studying in class I, not from the sixth, will be capable of English medium. In this regard, the Directorate of School Education will provide skills of teaching in English medium to the teachers working in Government Model Culture Primary Schools (GMSPS). Through which the students of class I will be given practice in writing and speaking English. There are 44 Government Model Culture Primary Schools in District Kurukshetra.

1418 Pathshalas were converted into Government Model Culture Primary Schools

APC Satbir Kaushik, Assistant Project Coordinator from Samagra Shiksha informed that the Directorate of School Education had converted 1418 selected schools out of government primary schools across the state into Government Model Culture Primary Schools in the last session. In which there is a provision to provide additional facilities like smart class room, digital board, smart kit, internet campus and other facilities to the students studying in other schools. Using all these facilities, the students studying in these schools are to be able to speak English and step into new areas of progress.

Master trainer will give training to teachers

APC Satbir Kaushik informed that master trainers will give special training to 132 teachers of 44 GMSPS schools across the district to impart skills in English medium. In this regard, the place, day and time of training will be decided by holding a meeting at the district level.

District Elementary Education Officer, Kurukshetra, Satnam Singh Bhatti said that the Directorate of School Education would impart skills to the teachers of Government Model Culture Primary Schools across the state to teach through English medium. Due to which the students in primary schools will be empowered through English medium. Due to which they will not face any problem in English subject in big classes.
