NEET-UG 2023 Counselling Dates To Be Out Soon, Check Details

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has recently announced the results for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG) 2023 on June 13th. Now, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is expected to release the counselling dates for all the qualified candidates. To participate in the NEET-UG 2023 counselling, eligible students must register online at mcc.nic.in.
The MCC NEET counselling 2023 will include 15% of All India Quota (AIQ) seats in government colleges and 100% of seats for deemed or central universities, AIIMS, JIPMER, ESIC/AFMS, and BSc Nursing programs based on NEET scores. The NEET AIQ 2023 counselling process will consist of four rounds: round 1, round 2, mop-up, and stray vacancy. Additional rounds may be conducted depending on seat availability. Seat allotment will be based on NEET 2023 rank, candidate preferences, seat availability, and category-based reservations.
Through the NEET(UG) counselling, aspirants can secure admission to various programs, including 99,013 MBBS seats, 52,720 AYUSH seats, 27,868 BDS seats, 1,899 AIIMS seats, 525 BVSc seats, 249 JIPMER seats, and 1,899 AIIMS seats. To register for NEET-UG Counselling 2023, follow these steps:
- Visit the official website of MCC: mcc.nic.in
- Click on the online registration tab on the homepage.
- Enter your NEET Roll Number, password, and security pin.
- Fill in the required details such as name, registration number, personal and academic information, and details from your NEET result.
- Pay the required amount and submit your registration. Make sure to keep a printout of the registration form for reference.
During the further admission process at the allotted institute, candidates must carry the following original and photocopies of the required documents:
- NEET admit card
- NEET result
- Class 12 mark sheet and certificate
- Class 10 mark sheet and certificate
- Provisional allotment letter
- Government-issued photo ID proof
- Six to eight passport-sized photographs (preferably the same one submitted with the NEET application form)
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- Disability Certificate (if applicable)
This year, out of approximately 20.87 lakh applicants, around 20.38 lakh candidates appeared for NEET-UG, and 11,45,976 candidates have qualified the examination.
