MP Govt to Set Up 9,000 'CM Rise' Schools, Says Chouhan

In an exciting announcement, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan revealed the Madhya Pradesh government's ambitious plan to establish 9,000 'CM Rise' schools, dedicated to providing high-quality education. The declaration was made during his visit to Shajapur district, where he inaugurated the first CM Rise School in Gulana village. The school was honored with the name of the legendary jurist and social reformer, Babasaheb Ambedkar.
During the inauguration ceremony, Chief Minister Chouhan also kick-started the 'School Chale Hum' campaign, which had its origins 23 years ago under the prime ministership of Atal Bihari Vajpayee. This campaign aims to promote education and encourage students to attend school regularly.
The CM proudly stated that each CM Rise School will be equipped with a statue of Babasaheb Ambedkar, ensuring that his legacy and contributions are remembered and respected. Additionally, he revealed plans to rename Gulana village as Golana to mark this momentous occasion.
The primary focus of the CM Rise schools will be to provide quality education, and they will utilize 'smart classes' to facilitate learning. Remarkably, students in these schools will have the opportunity to learn from teachers based in Delhi and Mumbai through digital means.
Furthermore, to foster innovation and creativity among students, the government will establish Atal Tinkering Labs within these schools. These labs will serve as hubs for students to explore their talents and come up with innovative ideas.
To ensure a well-rounded learning environment, the schools will be equipped with modern laboratories, sports grounds, and other facilities. The aim is to provide students with the resources they need to excel in both academics and extracurricular activities.
Chief Minister Chouhan's commitment to supporting and recognizing the efforts of meritorious students is commendable. As part of a state government scheme, deserving students will be awarded laptops during an upcoming event on July 20.
Moreover, to encourage students to pursue their education, the government has implemented various initiatives, including providing cycles, dresses, midday meals, and even scooties. Additionally, they have taken the admirable step of paying fees for students in need.
With these visionary plans and initiatives, the Madhya Pradesh government is taking significant strides towards transforming the educational landscape and empowering its youth for a brighter future.
