The Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) has announced the MP Board Class 12th exam results for 2023 on May 25th at 12:30 PM. The results were released by MP School Education Minister Inder Singh Parmar at the Board Office Auditorium. Students can check their MP Board intermediate results on the following websites: mpresults.nic.in, mpbse.mponline.gov.in, and mpbse.nic.in.

This year, the pass percentage for MP Board Class 12th has declined to 55.28%, compared to 72% in 2022. Girls have outperformed boys with a pass percentage of 58.75%, while boys had a pass percentage of 52%. Out of a total of 7,29,426 registered candidates, 7,27,044 appeared for the exam, and 4,01,366 students have passed. In the Class 12th exams, 2,79,257 candidates secured a first division, 1,21,507 secured a second division, and 602 secured a third division. However, this year, 2,11,798 candidates have failed in the Class 12 board examination, and 1,12,872 candidates will have to appear for the supplementary exams.

To pass the MP Board 12 exams and receive a passing certificate, every student must score a minimum of 33% in individual subjects as well as overall. The top five districts with the highest pass percentages are Narsingpur (79.46%), Neemuch (73.14%), Mandla (67.77%), Mandsour (67.55%), and Anooppur (66.95%). On the other hand, the worst-performing districts are Raisen (44.91%), Satna (39.94%), Katni (38.65%), Bhind (36.74%), and Niwari (36.74%).

Students who have failed in any subject or are unsatisfied with their MP Board Result 2023 can apply for a re-evaluation of their results. The official website will provide a link to the re-evaluation form, and students should regularly check for updates. A nominal fee is required for the rechecking of papers. After submitting the form, students will have to wait for the re-evaluation result, which will include revised marks.

In terms of exam details, the Madhya Pradesh Board Class 12th exams were conducted from March 2nd to April 2nd. Approximately 18 lakh candidates registered for the Class 10 and 12 board examinations in the state this year. Last year, a total of 4,57,066 students passed the MPBSE Class 12 exam, with 3,25,572 students achieving a first division, 1,30,952 students securing a second division, and 542 students obtaining a third division.
