More Than 300 Students from Poor Backgrounds Felicitated for SSC Exam Feat

Over 300 students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, who successfully cleared the SSC Board exams, were honored at a ceremony held in Thane on Sunday. Despite facing numerous challenges at home, these remarkable students demonstrated exceptional performance in their exams.
The organizers of the event highlighted that many of the students' parents were engaged in vocations such as driving autorickshaws, hawking, car washing, and working in households. The function, organized by Samata Vichar Prasarak Sanstha, welcomed former Thane Municipal Corporation Additional Commissioner, Sanjay Herwade, as the esteemed chief guest.
He commended the students for their remarkable achievements. Among the outstanding students recognized during the ceremony was Hardika Bangar, who surpassed tremendous obstacles and achieved an impressive 61 percent despite her physical disability.
