Many schools of Lucknow performed brilliantly in the annual school ranking of Education World

Employment NewsSeveral schools in the city have made their place prominently in Education World's annual school rankings. GD Goenka Public School has secured first rank in the capital city in the CBSE Schools category. More than 900 schools across the country were assessed on readability and 13 other parameters.

All the top schools in the country in the ranking will be honored at the India Merit Awards ceremony to be held in Bengaluru on January 11 and 12. Chairman Sarvesh Goyal and Principal Raveen Pandey have congratulated all the teachers, students and parents on this success of the school.

The schools are classified on 15 different parameters. At the same time, out of total 1928 schools across the country, City Montessori School, Gomti Nagar has got the distinction of being the best coed school in Lucknow and the state by securing the highest 1267 marks, while it has secured 33rd position at the national level.

At the same time, Lamartinier Girls' College has secured the top rank in the category of Girls' Day Schools in the capital and 101st in the country with 1234 marks. Seth MR Jaipuria School Gomti Nagar has secured 50th position at national level in the category of coed schools. All the schools have been ranked on the basis of marks obtained out of 1550 marks.
