Maharashtra: Cases Against Two Private Schools in Pune for Operating Without Permission

An official announced on Thursday that cases have been filed against the management of two private schools in the Pimpri Chinchwad area of Pune district. These educational institutions allegedly operated without proper permissions. The principals and owners of Bliss Edify International School and Rudiment International School are facing charges, according to the official. Suresh Sable, an official from the Pune Zilla Parishad's education department, lodged a complaint at the Hinjawadi police station regarding this matter.
Upon inspection, it was discovered that the schools lacked the necessary approvals and permissions from the government to operate. Furthermore, they were found to be operating without adhering to the government's rules and regulations, and they failed to provide the required documentation. The schools were also accused of charging excessively high fees from parents.
The Hinjawadi police have registered cases against the principals, owners, and directors of the schools under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), including cheating (section 420) and forgery (sections 465 and 468), among others. Despite attempts to contact the schools for comments on the actions taken against them, no response has been received.
