The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education is set to release the HSC result 2024 Maharashtra Board on May 21, 2024. Candidates who appeared for the HSC exams can access their results on the official website, mahresult.nic.in, using their roll number and other credentials. Additionally, the result can also be checked via SMS facility. The HSC exams for the year 2024 were conducted from February 21 to March 19, 2024.

Qualifying Marks and Supplementary Exams: To pass the 12th board exams, students must score a minimum of 33 per cent or above in both practical and theory exams. Failure to secure the minimum passing marks will necessitate appearing for the Maharashtra HSC Supplementary exams.

  3. Enter the roll number and mother’s name in the appropriate fields
  4. Verify the details and click on ‘Submit’
  5. The Maharashtra Board HSC result 2024 will be displayed
  6. Take a printout or screenshot of the result for future reference

Number of Candidates Registered:

  • From the Mumbai division alone, a total of 351,655 candidates had registered for the HSC exam, including 183,818 boys and 167,788 girls from 668 exam centers.
  • Across Maharashtra, more than 15 lakh candidates registered for the HSC examination, with 821,450 boys and 692,424 girls.
  • The Science stream had the highest number of candidates registered, with 760,046 students, followed by 381,982 students in the Arts stream and 329,905 candidates in the Commerce stream.
