The NEET UG 2024 registration phase will close at 11:50 pm, while the payment window will remain open until 10:50 pm. In response to students' requests and technical difficulties related to Aadhaar verification, the NTA extended the application deadline for NEET 2024 from March 9.
How to Apply for NEET UG 2024:
- Visit neet.ntaonline.in, the official website of NEET UG.
- Choose the “New Registration” link for new students or the login link for existing users.
- Provide necessary details like name, birthdate, gender, phone number, and email address for registration.
- Sign in using the password and application number generated during registration.
- Complete the NEET UG 2024 application form.
- Submit the application form along with the required fee.
- Save and print a copy of the NEET UG 2024 application form for future reference.
Documents Required for NEET UG Registration 2024: During the application process, candidates need the following documents:
- Candidate’s signature
- Left and right thumb impressions
- Postcard size photo
- Passport size photo
- Class 12 certificate and marksheet
- PwBD certificate (if applicable)
- Embassy or citizenship certificate
NEET UG Exam Pattern 2024:
The NEET UG 2024 exam, scheduled for May 5, will be 3 hours and 20 minutes long and conducted in pen and paper mode. The paper comprises two sections: Section A with 35 questions per subject, and Section B with 15 questions. The scoring scheme awards four marks for each correct answer and deducts one mark for each wrong response. Results will be announced on June 14, 2024.
