Key Dates and Schedule:

  • SSLC (Hearing Impaired) Exam: March 4 - March 22
  • Main SSLC Exams: March 4 - March 25
  • Exam Timings: 9.30 am - 11.15 am or 12:15 pm (subject-dependent)
  • Reporting Time: Students advised to arrive at exam centres by 8.30 am
  • Exam Commencement: Students must enter the hall by 9.20 am; exam begins at 9.45 am
  • Electronic Devices Prohibited: No mobile phones, calculators, etc., allowed inside the exam hall
  • Fairness Guidelines: Any unfair means during the exam will result in disqualification

Examination Details:

  • Total Students: 4,27,105 students in Kerala, Lakshadweep, and Gulf regions
  • Examination Centres: 2,971 centres across Kerala, Gulf region, and Lakshadweep
  • Higher Secondary Exams (Plus One and Plus Two): March 1 - March 26
  • Number of Students (Plus One and Plus Two): 4,14,159 and 4,41,213 respectively
  • Designated Examination Centers (Higher Secondary Exams): 2,017 centres
  • Practical Exams: Non-vocational practical exams concluded on February 16; NSQF vocational practical exams concluded on February 29

Result Declaration:

  • Expected Release Date: Second week of May
  • Historical Pass Percentage: Kerala board achieved over 95% pass percentage in the last 8 years
  • Pass Percentage (2021 and 2022): 99.47% and 99.26% respectively
  • Pass Percentage (2023): Recorded at 99.70%
