New Exam Dates for Karnataka PGCET 2024
- MBA Exam: August 4, 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM
- MCA Exam: August 4, 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM
Candidates who registered before July 7 can download their hall tickets from July 27 onwards.
About Karnataka PGCET 2024
The Karnataka PGCET is a computer-based test (CBT) designed to assess the eligibility of candidates for various postgraduate courses. The exam structure is as follows:
Exam Structure
- Duration: 2 hours
- Format: 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs)
- Negative Marking: No negative marking for incorrect answers or unattempted questions.
Sections and Weightage for MBA Exam
The Karnataka PGCET MBA exam comprises five sections, each with equal weightage:
- Computer Awareness: 20 questions
- Analytical Ability and Logical Reasoning: 20 questions
- Quantitative Analysis: 20 questions
- English Language: 20 questions
- General Awareness: 20 questions
Each section consists of 20 questions, making a total of 100 questions. There is no sectional time limit, allowing candidates to manage their time across sections as they see fit.
