Examination Schedule

  • Second PU Exams: Scheduled from March 1, 2024, to March 22, 2024.
  • SSLC Exams: Administered between March 25, 2024, and April 6, 2024.

Examination Centers

The KSEAB has designated 1,124 examination centers across the state for the second PU exams and 2,747 centers for the SSLC examinations, ensuring accessibility and convenience for the candidates.

Three Annual Examinations System

This year, KSEAB will conduct exams 1, 2, and 3 for SSLC and second PUC students, aiming to eliminate the concept of supplementary examinations. Students are required to register for all three exams, and the best scores from these examinations will be considered for the final results. This approach allows students to improve their performance gradually and ensures a fair evaluation process.

Assessment Pattern

  • Second PU Exam Pattern: Follows an 80+20 pattern, comprising a written test carrying 80 marks and internal assessment for 20 marks.
  • SSLC Exam Pattern: Utilizes the same 80-mark question paper for both regular students and private candidates. Marks obtained by private candidates are scaled up to 100 marks before publishing the results.
