Online Application:

- Complete the application process online within the given timeframe.

Eligibility Criteria:
- The candidate must have completed full-time studies in classes 3, 4, and 5 from a government, government-aided, or recognized school and passed each of these classes.
- Students are allowed only one attempt at the Navodaya Vidyalaya entrance exam.

Reservation Policy:
- Rural Quota: 75% of the seats are reserved for students from rural areas within the district.
- Urban Quota: The remaining 25% of seats are filled based on merit from both urban and rural areas, following district reservation criteria.
- Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes: Reservations are provided as per the district’s population, ensuring a minimum of 15% for SCs and 7.5% for STs, with a combined reservation not exceeding 50%.
- Girls: One-third of the total seats are reserved for girls.

Residence Certificate:
- Students must provide a residence certificate while submitting the application form.

Entrance Exam:
- The admission is based on the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test (JNVST).
- Note: Students can only apply to the Navodaya Vidyalaya located in their district.
