JNU UG Admission 2023 First Merit List Expected To Be Out On August 8, Deets Inside

The Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) is preparing to unveil the inaugural merit list for admission to its undergraduate programs for the academic session 2023-24, which is anticipated to occur on August 8. The application process for the university's undergraduate programs concluded on August 2. Once released, candidates can access the JNU UG merit list 2023 on the official website jnuee.jnu.ac.in.

Commencing on August 8 and continuing until August 11, 2023, the pre-enrolment registration and payment procedure, including seat reservation based on the first merit list, will be in operation as per the schedule. The CUET UG results will serve as valid qualifications for entry into all programs offered by JNU. These encompass a variety of courses, including BA (Hons) in foreign languages, integrated BSc-MSc programs in Ayurveda and Biology, as well as certificate of proficiency courses.

The second merit list is tentatively set for publication on August 16, 2023. In cases where there is clustering of scores in the Undergraduate and COP programs, merit determination will be grounded on the higher scores achieved in the NTA-conducted Computer-Based Test (CBT). If necessary, precedence will be given to marks obtained in the prerequisite 10+2 exam in the event of ties. Further ties will be resolved by considering the candidate(s) with higher scores in the 10th class. Moreover, preference will be granted to candidates whose results have been declared, compared to those still awaiting results.
