IIT JEE Advanced 2024: Exam Details

Shifts and Papers: The exam will be conducted in two shifts – morning and afternoon, featuring Paper 1 and Paper 2. Each paper has a duration of three hours, with Paper 1 scheduled from 9 am to 12 noon and Paper 2 from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm.

IIT JEE Advanced 2024: Guidelines To Follow

Arrive Early and Complete Criteria: Candidates must arrive early at the examination centres and fulfill all criteria outlined in their admit cards. Exam centres will open from 7 AM.

Required Documents: Bring a printed copy of the downloaded admit card and a valid original photo ID. Accepted IDs include Aadhaar card, school/college/institute ID, driver’s licence, PAN card, voter ID, passport, and notarised certificate with photograph.

Identity Verification: Invigilators and IIT representatives will verify the candidate’s identity at the examination centre. Failure to provide valid identification may result in denial of permission to appear for the exam.
