Army:

  • Age: 17.5 - 21 years
  • Education: 10th pass
  • Height: 170 cm (General Duty, Technical, Tradesman), 162 cm (Clerk Storekeeper)
  • Chest: 77 cm circumference with 5 cm expansion
  • Physical Efficiency Test:
    • 1.6 km run in 5 minutes 30 seconds
    • 10 pull-ups
    • 9-foot jump
    • Zig-zag balancing

Indian Army Agniveer Recruitment 2024: Complete Physical Fitnesss Test Guide
Air Force:

  • Age: 17.5 - 21 years
  • Education: 12th pass (Science/Arts with 50%+ marks)
  • Height: 152.5 cm (male), 152 cm (female)
  • Chest: Minimum 5 cm expansion
  • Physical Efficiency Test:
    • Men: 1.6 km run in 7 minutes, 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, 20 squats in 1 minute each
    • Women: 1.6 km run in 8 minutes, 10 sit-ups, 15 squats in 1 minute each

Navy:
