In this regard, the Secondary Education Council has urged schools to register students' APAAR IDs during the advance registration for classes 9 and 11, as well as during the examination application process for classes 10 and 12.


Is APAAR ID Mandatory?

The council has clarified that providing the APAAR ID is not currently mandatory for examinations or advance registration. However, schools and parents are encouraged to obtain it for the benefit of the students' future.


Bhagwati Singh, the secretary of the council, has appealed to school principals, teachers, and parents to prepare as many students' APAAR IDs as possible before the final date for advance registration.
