IIT Madras and Sony India Partner for Free Training Program in Cutting-Edge Tech

IIT Madras Pravartak Technologies Foundation, in collaboration with Sony India Software Centre, presents an exclusive free training program designed to equip engineering students for the industry. Operated as a Section 8 Company, IITM Pravartak, backed by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, operates within the esteemed IIT Madras.

Objectives and Curriculum

The program focuses on advanced training in critical areas such as AI/ML, product security, and computer graphics, intending to make students industry-ready.

• The program is free of cost and extends stipends to selected participants.
• Approximately 30 students are set to join the upcoming Finishing School Training Programme.

Eligibility and Application Details

• Applicants should hold an Engineering degree in ECE, CSE & EEE with a minimum aggregate of 60%.
• Graduates from 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 batches are eligible.
• Stipends are available for eligible candidates.
• The selection process involves academic performance, parental income, and an entrance exam with an interview.
