Application Process and Important Dates:

  • Application Start Date: April 1
  • Last Date to Apply: May 13
  • Application Correction Window: May 16-17
  • Hall Ticket Release Date: June 1
  • Exam Date: June 9

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidates must have passed Class 12 or equivalent exam in the science stream in 2022, 2023, or 2024.
  • Minimum of 60% marks for general candidates and 55% for SC/ST/PwD candidates.

Application Fee:

  • General, EWS, OBC, OBC-NCL: Rs 2,000
  • PwD, Kashmiri Migrants, SC/ST: Rs 1,000
  • Non-refundable

Exam Pattern and Marking Scheme:

  • Total Questions: 60 (15 each from Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics)
  • Duration: 180 minutes
  • Type: Multiple-choice questions
  • Marking: +4 for correct, -1 for incorrect, 0 for unanswered
  • Maximum Marks: 240

  • Programs: BS-MS/BS at various IISERs including Berhampur, Bhopal, Kolkata, Mohali, Pune, Tirupati, Thiruvananthapuram
