What programs are currently accepting applications?

Currently, UoH is accepting applications for PhD programs in:

  • Translation Studies
  • English Language Studies
  • Health Sciences
  • Materials Engineering
  • Nanoscience and Technology

How to Apply:

The application process is entirely online. You can access the application form and other relevant information on the UoH website: http://acad.uohyd.ac.in/

Important Dates:

  • Last Date to Apply: June 18, 2024 (Don't miss the deadline!)
  • Release of Admit Card: June 28, 2024
  • Entrance Exam Date: July 7, 2024 (Exam will be held at the Hyderabad campus only)

Application Fees:

The application fee varies depending on your category:

  • General: INR 600
  • EWS: INR 550
  • OBC-NCL: INR 400
  • SC/ST/PWD(PH): INR 275

What about programs not listed above?

Admissions for PhD programs other than those mentioned above will be conducted based on UGC NET or CSIR NET 2024 scores. The university will release a separate notification for these programs shortly.

What happens after applying?

  • Once you submit your application, you will be able to download your admit card on June 28, 2024.
  • The entrance exam will be held on July 7, 2024, at the Hyderabad campus only.
  • A shortlist of candidates will be called for interviews based on their exam performance.
