GNM Male & Female 10+2 passed with English and at least 40% aggregate marks (must have passed English individually) from a recognized Board / NIOS; OR 10+2 vocational ANM / Health Care Science with 40% marks; OR Registered ANM.
ANM Female Candidates Only 10+2 passed in any stream with English from a recognized Board or National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS), with overall passing marks.
MPHW (Male) Male Candidates Only 10+2 passed in any stream with English from a recognized Board or National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS), with overall passing marks.
