Employment News-In Jharkhand, the rules for the appointment of teachers in high schools and plus two schools have been agreed at the departmental level. Education Minister Jagarnath Mahto has given consent to the teacher appointment manual. Changes are being made in the appointment rules from primary to plus two high school teachers on behalf of the department. For the first time after the formation of the state, rules have been made for appointment in Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya and Model Vidyalaya. With the preparation of appointment rules, the process of appointment of about 20 thousand teachers will start in these schools.


These candidates will be involved in the recruitment process
Rules were made in 2012 for the appointment of teachers in plus two schools. In plus two teacher appointment, 50 percent seats are reserved for high school teachers. Till now, teachers have been appointed thrice in plus two schools in the state. Teachers were appointed in the state for the first time in the year 2012 in plus two schools. Now except the Primary Teacher Appointment Manual, all the teacher appointment rules have got the approval of the Education Minister. Successful candidates of Jharkhand Teacher Eligibility Test will be involved in the recruitment process.

50 percent posts will be reserved for para teachers
Education Minister Jagarnath Mahato has said that 1.6 lakh teachers will be appointed from primary to plus two schools in the state. The process is going on from making the appointment rules to the creation of posts. Along with the existing vacancies, new posts will also be appointed. Further process will also be completed soon. The Education Minister said that the draft of Para teachers' manual has also been prepared. By December 29, the manual of para teachers will also be finalised. In the appointment of 26 thousand primary teachers, 50 percent posts will be reserved for para teachers.
