CUET UG Results 2023 Likely by July 15, Says UGC Chairman

The Common University Entrance Test (CUET) UG results for 2023 are expected to be released by the National Testing Agency (NTA) around July 15, according to M Jagadesh Kumar, the Chairperson of the University Grants Commission (UGC). Once declared, students can access their results on the official website cuet.samarth.ac.in. Media reports suggest that the results will be available by mid-July. The examination took place in nine phases from May 21 to June 23, with approximately 1,490,000 candidates appearing across 387 cities in India and 24 cities outside of India. The final phase of the entrance examination had 36,242 candidates participating.
The NTA has already released the provisional answer keys, and students have until July 1, 11:30 pm, to raise objections against them. Initially, the objection window for the CUET UG 2023 provisional answer key was set to close on June 30 but was later extended until July 1. To raise objections, candidates need to provide their application number, password, or date of birth to access the portal. Here are the steps to follow in order to raise objections:
Step 1: Visit the official website cuet.samarth.ac.in
Step 2: Click on the 'answer key challenge' link
Step 3: Enter your CUET UG 2023 registration number, date of birth, and mobile number
Step 4: Select the question you wish to raise an objection against
Step 5: Upload supporting documents
Step 6: Pay the required fees and click on the submit button
Please note that a processing fee of Rs 200 per question is applicable for each objection raised. The fee can be paid through debit card, credit card, net banking, or Paytm. The NTA has stated that objections will only be considered if the processing fee has been paid. No other medium for submitting challenges will be accepted, as mentioned in the official notice from the NTA.
In other news, Delhi University is currently accepting applications for various undergraduate programs through the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) portal. So far, the university has received over 1 lakh applications for UG admission this year. The CUET UG 2023 scores will be used by the university to determine admissions for this academic year. The CSAS admission procedure involves three stages: application submission, course selection, and preference filling, along with seat allocation.
