CSEET 2023 Exam Day Guidelines: Must Read for Candidates

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has released crucial guidelines for students gearing up to take the ICSI CSEET 2023 exams. These guidelines are essential for candidates who will be participating in the Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) 2023, scheduled for November 4, 2023. Important Guidelines for CSEET 2023 Exams

The ICSI has laid out the following guidelines for students appearing in the CSEET 2023 exams:

1. Receiving Exam Details:

   • Students can expect to receive their batch timings, user ID, and password for the CSEET 2023 exams through email or SMS. These details will be provided separately to each candidate.

2. Early Login:

   • Candidates are advised to log in at least 30 minutes before the exam's scheduled start time. This ensures that they have sufficient time to complete any necessary pre-exam preparations.

3. Admit Card Download:

   • It's crucial for students to download their admit cards and carefully read through the accompanying instructions. The admit card contains vital information for a smooth exam experience.

4. Secure Exam Browser (SEB):

   • Students are required to download the mandatory Safe Exam Browser (SEB) in advance on their laptop or desktop. This browser will be used for the CSEET 2023 exam.

• Click on the provided link to access the login page.
• Enter your user ID and password.
• Click the "Download" button to download the SEB.
• Install the program according to the instructions provided.

5. Exam Duration:

   • The CSEET 2023 exams will last for a total of 2 hours. Candidates will face multiple-choice questions distributed across four sections, each carrying 50 marks. The sections cover Business Communication, Legal Aptitude and Logical Reasoning, Economic and Business Environment, and Current Affairs, and Quantitative Aptitude.

6. ID Verification:

   • It's imperative that candidates bring a valid ID, such as a passport, driver's license, PAN card, UID Aadhaar card, or voter card, along with their CSEET 2023 admit card for verification purposes.

7. Exam Time Limits:

   • Students must note that they will not be allowed to enter the exam if they are more than 15 minutes late. Furthermore, candidates cannot submit the test until 90 minutes have elapsed.
