The entire counseling for UP Polytechnic Admission from 1st to 8th phase will be done online. Joint Entrance Examination Council Director Sunil Kumar Chaudhary said that in view of the Kovid 19 epidemic, such arrangements have been made that the candidates will be able to complete the counseling process from their district itself.
