Chhattisgarh Board 10th &12th Result: Supplementary Exam For 10th & 12th To Begin In July
The Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) has recently declared the results for classes 10th and 12th. For the 10th grade, the pass percentage this year is 75%, which is slightly higher than the previous year. Meanwhile, 79.96% of 12th grade students have passed the board examination. Students can view their results on the official website – cgbse.nic.in, results.cg.nic.in. The board will also announce the dates for supplementary exams soon, which are typically scheduled for the first week of July for both classes. The application process will begin in a few days, and the board may declare the results for the supplementary examination in August. Students must obtain at least 33% in each subject and overall to pass both the board and supplementary exams.
The grading scale for the exams states that students who score between 100 and 91 will receive an A1 grade, while those who score between 90 and 81 will receive an A2 grade. Students who score between 80 and 71 will receive a B1 grade, while those who score between 70 and 61 will receive a B2 grade. Children who receive between 60 and 51 points will be assigned to grade C1, while those who score between 50 and 41 points will receive a C2 grade. Students who score between 40 and 33 points will receive a D grade, while those who score between 21 and 32 points will receive an E1 grade.
According to the merit list released by CGBSE, Vidhi Bhonsle from Raigad secured 492 out of 500 marks and topped the class 12 exam, while Rahul Yadav scored the highest marks in the CGBSE class 10th results. In 2022, the Chhattisgarh government announced that it would provide helicopter trips to students who topped the class 10 and 12 exams to motivate them to perform better in their board exams. The state government sponsored the rides, which were provided to all district toppers.
