  • Complete the form in English capital letters with black ink and attach a recent self-attested passport-size photo.


  • If applying for both positions (Tax Assistant & Havaldar), indicate your preference on the application form.


  • Include self-attested copies of Class 10th certificate, educational qualifications, sports certificates, photo ID, and caste/community certificates.
