CG Vyapam Teacher recruitment 2023: Over 12000 vacancies on offer, read details here

The Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board (CGPEB) has announced recruitment for several positions, including lecturers and teachers. As per the notification, there are more than 12,000 vacancies available. The last date to apply for these positions is May 23. To be eligible for the position of lecturer or teacher, candidates must pass the TET exam along with a degree in B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) or D.Ed (Diploma of Education) or B.EI.Ed (Bachelor of Elementary Education). The vacancies are distributed as follows: 66 for Commerce, 147 for Maths, and 219 for Physics for the post of Lecturer (E&T Cadre); 5,772 for Teacher (E&T Cadre) and 6,282 for Assistant Teacher (E&T Cadre).

Candidates who are interested in applying for these positions should be at least a graduate and must have passed the TET. Interested candidates can check the notification for detailed information on the official website vyapam.cgstate.gov.in. The registration process for the exam started on May 6 and was announced by Dr. Premsai Singh, Cabinet Minister in the Chhattisgarh government, who tweeted about it, stating, “Another big decision in the interest of youth. The School Education Department issued an advertisement for the direct recruitment of 12,489 teachers. Recruitment will be done for the posts of 6,285 assistant teachers, 5,772 teachers, and 432 lecturers.”

Candidates should be between 21-35 years old to apply for the recruitment process, with a relaxation of 3 years available for OBC category candidates and 5 years for SC/ST category candidates.

To apply, candidates should visit the official website at vyapam.cgstate.gov.in or eduportal.cg.nic.in. On the homepage, they should click on the link “CGPEB Teacher Recruitment” or “CG Vyapam Shikshak Recruitment” and register and apply using the form given. They should also upload scanned copies of their photograph, signature, and other necessary documents, pay the application fees and submit the form. Finally, they should save the form on their system or take a printout of it for future reference.
