Central government has now prepared a new school safety and security guideline 'Drishti' for children in schools.

Government Jobs-From government to private schools, along with studies, students have to be given physical, social, emotional and psychological security. In fact, the central government has prepared a new school safety and security guideline 'Drishti' under the new education policy.


It will work on seven basic steps i.e. dissemination, roll-out, intervention, support, hand holding, tracking and promotion. There is a provision ranging from fine to cancellation of recognition for non-compliance of rules and negligence.


New School Safety and Security Guidelines have been sent to all the states and union territories, besides the CBSE Board, on Wednesday, on behalf of the Joint Secretary of the Union Education Ministry, Santosh Kumar Yadav.

The ministry has written to the states that the new guideline will be implemented along with the existing guidelines. Instructions have been given to all the states to ensure that the guidelines are implemented properly.
