CBSE Class 12 Result 2023: Farmer's Son Scores 97.4%, Aims to be an IAS Officer

Yesterday, May 12, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) announced the class 12th result. Deep Singh Bhadauria, the son of a farmer from Bhind, Madhya Pradesh, has made his parents proud by becoming the district topper. With 97.4 per cent marks, he secured the first position in the district. His dream is to crack the UPSC civil services exam and become an IAS officer to serve the country.

Yesterday, May 12, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) announced the class 12th result. Deep Singh Bhadauria, the son of a farmer from Bhind, Madhya Pradesh, has made his parents proud by becoming the district topper. With 97.4 per cent marks, he secured the first position in the district. His dream is to crack the UPSC civil services exam and become an IAS officer to serve the country. Despite the financial challenges at home, both father and son worked hard to achieve success. Deep used to study for 5 to 6 hours every day, and he had over 95 per cent attendance in school.

The overall pass percentage of CBSE class 12th students in 2023 was 87.33 per cent, indicating a 5.38 per cent decrease from last year's 97.71 per cent. Girls performed better than boys, with an overall pass percentage of 90.68 per cent for girls and 84.67 per cent for boys. Trivandrum emerged as the best-performing district in the country with 99.91 per cent, followed by Bengaluru, Chennai, West Delhi, Chandigarh, and Delhi East. This year, 16,96,770 students appeared for the Class 12 examination.

PK Sharma, the principal of Central School, expressed pride in Deep Singh Bhadauria's achievements, calling him a source of pride for the school. The school management wished the child a bright future.
