Educational Qualification

• For the Senior Resident/Tutor roles, 40% of the positions will be allocated to Bihar State Health Service cadre members, 40% to doctors who have completed their postgraduate degree under the residency scheme from state medical colleges, and the remaining 20% to doctors with postgraduate degrees from recognized institutions outside Bihar. A Master’s degree in the relevant field is required, although a diploma may be accepted in case of candidate shortages.
