CBSE's Statement on Fake Social Media Handles: CBSE disclosed that several social media handles have been identified using the CBSE name and logo on platforms like 'X' (formerly Twitter) to disseminate false information. The board emphasized that there exists only one official CBSE account on 'X' with the handle '@cbseindia29'. CBSE reassured that appropriate actions are being taken against these fraudulent handles to safeguard the integrity of information.

Cautionary Notice to the Public: CBSE issued a cautionary notice advising the public to rely solely on the verified and authentic information provided by the official CBSE handle '@cbseindia29' on 'X'. The board clarified that any information disseminated through unofficial channels using CBSE's name and logo will not be endorsed or recognized by CBSE henceforth.

Upcoming CBSE Board Exams 2024: As the CBSE board exams for classes 10 and 12 are set to commence on February 15, CBSE has already released the admit cards on its official websites - cbse.nic.in, cbse.gov.in, and parikshasangam.cbse.gov.in. The Class 10 exams will run from February 15 to March 13, 2024, while Class 12 exams will be held from February 15 to April 2, 2024. The examination timings are from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm, with an additional 15 minutes provided for students to peruse the question paper before starting.
