The Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) is anticipated to release the results for the Combined Competitive Preliminary Examination 2023 (APSC Prelims) shortly. Once the results are announced, candidates can visit the official website of the Assam Public Service Commission and check their scorecards at apsc.nic.in. Typically, the commission releases the CCE preliminary results within 20 days. Last year, the examination was conducted on March 26, and results were declared on April 12.

This year, the exams were conducted by the commission on March 18 in two shifts to fill a total of 235 vacancies. The General Studies Paper 1 exam of the CCE Prelims was held in the first shift, from 10 AM to 12 PM, while the General Studies Paper 2 exam took place in the second shift, from 2 PM to 4 PM. Each paper was worth 200 marks.

APSC Prelims Results 2024: How to Check?

  2. Click on the APSC CCE Prelims result link available on the home page.
  3. You will be redirected to a login page where you need to enter your credentials.
  4. Login, and the APSC CCE Prelims result will be displayed on the screen.
  5. Check the details mentioned in the result thoroughly and download the result PDF on your device.
  6. Save a copy or take a printout of the same for future use.

The commission had released the answer keys for GS Paper 1 and Paper 2 last month. Candidates were allowed to raise objections online with supporting documents until March 23. It was mentioned in an official notification that the commission will not entertain any claim for correction sent via email or hard copy. Requests not supported by documents will not be considered.

APSC Prelims Results 2024: What’s Next?
Following the APSC CCE Prelims result, shortlisted candidates will have to appear for the next stage of the examination — the Mains examination. The mains examination will consist of two parts: descriptive-type written papers and the interview (personality test). The APSC CCE Mains examination is tentatively scheduled to be held in June or July. The detailed schedule for the examination will be published by the Assam Public Service Commission later.
