Selection Process & Examination Details




  • Selection Method: Candidates will be selected based on their performance in the Computer Based Online Test (CBT). There will be no personal interviews.

  • Exam Structure: The test will consist of two papers (Paper-I & Paper-II) conducted in a single 3-hour session.

  • Paper-I: General Knowledge, Reasoning, Numerical Ability, and General English (100 Questions).

  • Paper-II: Professional Knowledge related to the specific discipline (100 Questions).

  • No Negative Marking: There will be no penalties for incorrect answers in the CBT.




Compensation, Training, and Service Bond



Salary: Selected individuals will be appointed as Management Trainees in E-1 Grade with a salary range of ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000. During the training period of one year, the basic pay will be ₹60,000 per month along with applicable allowances (DA, HRA, PRP, etc.).


Service Agreement: New hires must commit to a minimum service period of 60 months (5 years) with the company. A service bond of ₹3 Lakhs will be required upon joining. To facilitate this, ₹5,000 will be deducted monthly from the salary, which will be refunded without interest after the completion of the 5-year term.


Eligibility for Final Year Students: Candidates in their final semester/year of the 2025-26 academic session can apply, provided they complete their degree and submit results by 31.08.2026.
