Examination Schedule

The AP EAMCET 2024 will be conducted over multiple days and sessions:

  • Pharmacy and Agriculture Stream:
    • May 16
    • May 17
  • Engineering Stream:
    • May 18 to May 23

Each day will have two sessions:

  • Morning Session: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
  • Afternoon Session: 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM

Mandatory Items to Carry

Candidates must bring the following items to the examination hall:

  1. Hall Ticket (Admit Card)
  2. Filled-out Examination Form: Must have a recent coloured photograph attested by a gazetted officer or the principal of your school or college.
  3. Ballpoint Pen
  4. Rough Sheet: Provided by the examination centre for rough work.
  5. Attested Copy of Caste Certificate: Required for SC/ST category students.

Prohibited Items

To ensure a smooth and fair examination process, the following items are strictly prohibited inside the examination hall:

  • Textual material
  • Log tables, calculators, slide rules, or docu pens
  • Electronic devices including watches with calculators and mobile phones
  • Bits of paper or any other paper except the exam hall and examination form
  • Food and beverages such as tea, coffee, soft drinks, or other snacks

Examination Day Guidelines

  • Arrival Time: Students must arrive at the examination hall at least two hours before the scheduled start time.
  • Punctuality: Strict punctuality is enforced. Students arriving even a minute late will not be allowed entry.

Conducting Body

Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada (JNTUK) will administer the computer-based entrance examination for first-year students seeking admission to engineering, B.Sc. Pharmacy, and various other courses for the academic year 2024–25 in Andhra Pradesh.
