ABVP Sets Up Helplines for Students Taking Admission via CUET in Central Universities of Delhi

The Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) has established helplines to support students seeking admission through CUET in Delhi's central universities. The Common University Entrance Test (CUET)-UG, the country's second-largest entrance exam, announced its results on Saturday, with over 11.11 lakh candidates appearing for the crucial examination.

o address admission-related queries, the ABVP released the following helpline numbers: 6202627366 for DU, 8808508809 for JNU, 8340799704 for Jamia Millia Islamia University, and 8826905727 for Lal Bahadur Shastri National Sanskrit University. Since last year, CUET has been the mode of admission for all central universities.

Delhi University's admissions will be carried out under the CSAS Common Seat Allocation System, a slightly more complex process. As a result, many aspiring DU students may have queries. Similarly, other universities will require candidates to fill out forms specific to their respective institutions, even after appearing for CUET.

In light of these circumstances, the helpline numbers provided will greatly facilitate the admission process for aspirants. Harsh Attri, ABVP Delhi state secretary, encourages students facing issues during the admission process to reach out to the helpline numbers for assistance. The recently declared CUET results showed that over 22,000 candidates achieved a perfect 100 percentile in various subjects, with English, Biology, and Economics having the highest number of top scorers. This year, 22,836 candidates attained a 100 percentile score, compared to 21,159 last year, as reported by the NTA.
