5 thousand rupees scholarship
In addition to the scholarship received by the government, on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti on 2nd October, scholarship up to Rs. 5000 is given to all the differently-abled students in the university. A lump sum amount of five thousand rupees is given in the scholarship, while the physically handicapped students get 4 thousand and the students who cannot hear with their ears get 3 thousand rupees.
