The petition has referred to the condition of equality, equal opportunity for all, fraternity, unity and upholding the integrity of the nation. The petition under Article 14-16 mentions that the curriculum of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) and the syllabus of the State Boards are completely different, and that is why the students are given the same Opportunities don't come.

Education, coaching and book mafia accused
Petitioner Ashwini Kumar alleged that education mafia and coaching mafia do not want to become one nation, one education board. The book mafia does not want NCERT books in all schools. This is the reason that a uniform education system till class 12th has not been implemented yet. Further, the petitioner highlighted that the present education system is not only creating division in the society among the people but also against socialism, secularism, fraternity, unity and integrity of the nation.

Syllabus for all entrance exams is almost same
The petition states that the syllabus is for all entrance examinations such as Joint Entrance Examination (JEE), Birla Technology and Science Entrance Test (BITSAT), National Eligibility Test (NEET), Management Aptitude Test (MAT), National Eligibility Test (NET), National Defense Academy (NDA), Central University Common Entrance Test (CU-CET), Common Law Entrance Test (CLAT), All India Law Entrance Test (ILET), Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET), Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY), National Entrance Screening Test (NEST), Probationary Officer (PO), Special Class Railway Apprentice (SCRA), National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), All India Entrance Examination for Design (AIEED), National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA), Center for Environment Planning and Technology (CEPT), etc. But still the school mafia does not want one nation-one education board.

The present education system creates discrimination in the society.
The petitioner has said in the PIL that it does not provide equal opportunity to all the students as the syllabus of CBSE, ICSE and State Boards are totally different. However, Articles 38, 39, 46 of Articles 14, 15, 16, 21, 21A affirm that education is the most important fundamental right and that the government does not discriminate on grounds of region, religion, race, caste, class or culture. can do Whereas the present education system is creating discrimination in the society.
