Ban removed after 9 months, highest transfer waiting in education-medical

Employment News-The Ashok Gehlot government of Rajasthan has lifted the ban on the transfer of all departments. Although it is not yet confirmed how long this order will continue, but it is believed that the ban has been lifted till further orders. With the order of the government, now a large number of transfers can be done in all departments including education, medical. The reason for the ban for 9 months was not being able to transfer. Let us tell you that the transfer was banned in September 2021.

long standing demand
There was a long demand from the state government that the ban on transfer should be lifted. This demand was being raised time and again from the side of government employees and MLAs. The MLAs on whose behalf this demand was being made include Congress and independents. In such a situation, it is believed that the Rajya Sabha election is behind this move of the government. So that the legislators are kept happy. Because to send three Congress candidates to Rajya Sabha, 123 MLAs will be required.

The ban was lifted on July 14 last year
The transfer ban was lifted on July 14 last year. After extending the date twice, this exemption was given till 30 September. Thereafter, transfers were banned. Now once again the employees have heaved a sigh of relief after the ban is lifted. It is being told that a large number of transfers are to be done in the education and medical departments. It is being said that about one lakh employees can be transferred. This will happen in the education department only during the summer vacations so that there will be no problem in studies when the school opens.

offline or online transfer
However, it has not yet been clarified by the government in which mode the applications for transfer will be offline or online. If the transfers are done online, then this will be the first time that such a step will be taken to bring this transparency in Rajasthan. There is no provision regarding the new transfer policy in the order issued on Monday.
