Employment NEws-

Employment News-Financeless education policy will end in Jharkhand. For this, manual preparation will be done and the education workers without finance will also get pay scale. The state government has started its preparation. The Department of School Education and Literacy has sent a proposal for this to the Department of Personnel Administrative Reforms.

Now the Personnel Administrative Reforms Department will take a final decision on the Financeless Education Policy and recommend it. For this, by making rules, he will take action to give pay scale while serving all unfinanced employees in government cadre. Rajesh Kumar Sharma, Secretary, Department of School Education and Literacy has written a letter to the Principal Secretary, Personnel Department for this.

In the proposal sent by the Education Department, it has been said that the letter of MLA Deepika Pandey Singh was made available to the department on behalf of the Chief Minister's Secretariat. In this, an appeal was made to take action by the Administrative Reforms Commission on the matter related to abolishing the unfinanced education policy and making rules and giving pay scale to all the unfunded employees in the government cadre. In response to a short notice question in the Jharkhand Legislative Assembly on this matter, the Chief Minister had referred to the action being taken by the Administrative Reforms Commission. On this, the Education Secretary has asked the Principal Secretary, Personnel Department to take appropriate action in the entire matter.

Government has many options
After the end of the unfunded education policy, the government has many options for its nearly seven thousand teachers and employees. The Department of Personnel Administrative Reforms, in its recommendation, can take over the unfinanced institutions and employees and give pay scale and allowances. Apart from this, the deficit grant or the present grant can be doubled or a fixed honorarium can be given to the teachers and workers. All this will depend on the manual prepared by the Department of Personnel Administrative Reforms and their recommendation.

Grant is given on the number and result of students
At present, grants are given on the basis of number of students and results in unfinanced schools and colleges in the state. From this time, instead of the total result, preparations are going on to give 100 percent grant even if there is 40 percent result. For this, institutes have to apply by 30 November. This will open the way for permanent approval for other institutions. Presently, in Santal pargana, where the number of students is less, the unfunded teachers and non-teaching staff get a grant of seven to eight thousand rupees on a monthly basis. On the other hand, in Palamu, where the number of students is more, there is a grant of 12-13 thousand rupees on a monthly basis in a year.
