25 modern research centers to be opened for technical education- Deputy CM

Employment News-Five 'Centers of Excellence' will be opened in Haryana for research and development in the field of e-mobility. Apart from these, research centers will also be started in 20 ITIs or polytechnic institutes. This information has been given by Haryana Deputy Chief Minister Dushyant Chautala, who also holds the charge of Industries and Commerce Department.

He gave this after presiding over the meeting of senior officers of Industries and Commerce Department, MSME and other departments convened to finalize the draft of 'Haryana Electric Vehicle Policy' on Thursday. Minister of State Anoop Dhanak was also present on this occasion. The Deputy CM informed that five 'Centers of Excellence' will be opened in the state for research and development in the field of e-mobility.

He said that financial assistance of Rs 5 crore would be given to each. Similarly, research centers will also be started in 20 ITIs or polytechnical institutions, which will be given financial assistance of Rs.25 lakh each. He also directed the officers that there would be no shortage of funds in research and other fields, provided high quality work should be done.
