10 percent school children in the district deprived of book amount

Employment News-There is a provision to provide books by the government to the children enrolled in government schools. But in the financial year 2020-21, the amount has been sent to the children's bank account to buy the book. Out of this, 10 percent children are still deprived of this amount. In the account of these children, the amount has not reached the account through DBT. Such children will have to update their account. Officials of the Education Department tell that the amount will reach as soon as the account of the students is updated. At present, the number of children enrolled in class I to VIII in the district is 3,01,712. But 10 percent of these children have not received the amount to buy the book in their account. Timely amount was sent to the children's account to buy the book. But the amount has not reached in the bank account of the children whose bank account was not updated. 250 rupees have been sent to the bank account of every child enrolled in class I to Vth and four hundred rupees have been sent to the bank account of each of the children from class 6 to 8.
