Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for the position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Hold an Engineering Graduate degree from a recognized university or institution with a commendable academic record.
  • Preferably possess an MBA/Post Graduation qualification in engineering/management for added advantage.
  • Age Limit: As per the date of occurrence of the vacancy (DOV)

Pay Scale: Selected candidates will be entitled to a competitive pay scale under Scheduled A: Rs. 180,000 – 340,000 (IDA).

Duration of Appointment: The appointed Director (Technology & Field Services) will serve a term of five years from the date of joining or up to the date of superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Selection Process: The selection process involves the following stages:

  1. Initial screening based on eligibility criteria, including age, qualifications, and experience.
