IB Notification 2024:
The IB has announced two vacancies for Deputy Director/Executive Posts. Interested candidates can submit their applications by May 24, 2024. Detailed information about eligibility criteria, salary, and application procedures is provided below.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for the Deputy Director/Executive positions, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Officers from Central Government, State Governments, or Union Territories (excluding IPS officers).
- Hold a similar position in their current cadre/department or served for two years in Level 13 or equivalent.
- Ex-servicemen of the rank of Brigadier or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or institute.
- Minimum five years of experience in intelligence work, counterintelligence, counterterrorism, or counterespionage.

Interested officers should submit their applications to the designated address provided below before May 24, 2024. Required documents include a filled and signed bio-data form, updated ACRs/APARs for the last five years, vigilance clearance, and integrity certificate.

- The appointed officer will receive a Special Security Allowance of 20% along with other perks.
