- A Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a recognized university or institute is desirable but not mandatory.
Age Limit: Candidates should not exceed 56 years of age at the time of application.

- Hold similar posts in their current cadre or department.
- Have at least five years of regular service in equivalent positions.
