The West Bengal Staff Selection Commission (WBSSC) has announced a recruitment drive for 8,477 positions in Group C and Group D categories. The online application window will be open from November 3 to December 3, 2025.

The age criteria for applicants range from 18 to 40 years. However, there are provisions for age relaxation for candidates belonging to reserved categories, with SC and ST candidates receiving a 5-year extension and OBC candidates a 3-year extension.

Candidates from General, OBC, and EWS categories are required to pay an application fee of ₹400 for both Group C and Group D positions. In contrast, SC, ST, and differently-abled candidates will pay a reduced fee of ₹150.
