Age Limit:

• Minimum Age Limit: 18 Years
• Maximum Age Limit: 38 Years

Qualification:

For CATEGORY-1 (For Classes I to V):

• Higher Secondary (+2) or its equivalent with at least 50% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (or equivalent), or with 45% marks in accordance with NCTE Regulations.
• Graduation and a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (or equivalent).
• Must have passed the Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test-I (OTET-I).
• Proficiency in Odia language up to class-X or equivalent.

For CATEGORY-2 (For Classes VI to VIII):

• Graduation and a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (or equivalent), or at least 50% marks in Graduation or Post-Graduation with a B.Ed.
• Pass in Odisha Eligibility Test-II (OTET-II).
• Proficiency in Odia language up to class-X or equivalent.
